You will get to know all the essential functions and can also make initial clarifications with us regarding a possible migration of your existing documentation landscape.

We have put together a comprehensive tutorial consisting of several lessons, which you can work through in self-study at your own pace using the demo version of OfficeForms.
The lessons build on each other in terms of content, but are technically independent of each other and can therefore be worked on in a different order.

To check more precisely whether OfficeForms is perfectly tailored to your needs, we offer you a trained trial. This means: in a one-day seminar, we train and advise you at your premises, and you receive as many licenses as you need free of charge.
Only if you like OfficeForms after the test phase, you order the desired number of licenses. If not, simply return the licenses to us.
Duration: 1 day
Cost: 1.150,- € plus travel expenses and VAT.

You compile your documents and incorporate them piece by piece into one or more modules databases.
You create the necessary variants in a variant database and insert the corresponding fields at the appropriate points in the base documents or modules.
Duration: x weeks

We offer to analyse your documentation landscape together with you, define the modularisation strategy and estimate the necessary workload.
You can then decide whether you want to do this yourself or whether you want to hand over your data to us and we will carry out the corresponding conversion within an agreed time and at an agreed fixed price.
Duration: one tenth of the time you would need yourself
